TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Ring in the New Year in style while enjoying top-level competition and southern hospitality! The Music City Invitational takes place from Dec. 27 - Jan. 1, 2023, and is one of the largest and most popular hockey events over the holiday season. The event takes place in one of the country's top destinations for New Years festivities: Nashville, Tennessee! With boys and girls divisions, World Hockey Events is excited to wrap up 2022 and start 2023 in style.

FORD ICE CENTERS

Two state-of-the-art facilities the Ford Ice Center Bellevue and Ford Ice Center Antioch will host the event. The facilities combined have four NHL-sized ice rinks and each location has a Perani's Hockey World Pro Shop, concessions and meeting rooms.

This is a stay-to-play event, meaning that all participants traveling more than 100 miles to participate in the event are required to stay in hotel rooms provided by Welcome Travel Services.

No, registration for this event is an application and is NOT a guarantee of acceptance. You will be contacted via email with confirmation of your acceptance to the tournament within two weeks.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND COVID-19 POLICY?

The no refund policy will be waived if this event is cancelled due to COVID-19 issues.

If teams drop out of the tournament due to COVID-19, a credit will be issued for a future World Hockey Event tournament. Click here for eligible tournaments.

WHEN DO GAMES BEGIN AND END?

All participating teams are asked to be prepared for an 8 a.m. start on the first day of the tournament. All championships games will conclude no later than 5 p.m. on the final day of the tournament. (All times local)
