THINGS TO DO IN

Detroit

It's called 'Hockeytown' for a reason. Detroit is one of the largest hockey hotbeds in North America, with eight AAA-level organizations in the state and seven NCAA Division-I programs, in addition to the 11-time Stanley Cup champion Red Wings.

Rich in tradition and steeped in history, few places in the U.S. are as hungry for hockey as metro Detroit.

400x300-Detroit-Arena-District

Between the NHL, MLB, NBA, and NFL there are always events in the Arena District.

400x300-Greektown-Detroit

Monroe Street is the center of an ethnic part of the city dominated by Greek restaurants.

400x300-Henry-Ford-Museum

The Henry Ford Museum is a National Historic Landmark in the suburb of Dearborn.

400x300-Founders

Check out the home of the All-Day IPA at the Founders Brewing Company.
